What We Built
Web app that can be accessed by different members of the family as well as a range of care providers to centrally communicate, set goals, and share progress.
Easy Onboarding
It’s important to families with little time that this tool is as simple as possible, with a low barrier to entry. We redesigned the on-boarding process to better guide first-time users through the setup stage.
Saas Model
The app transitions users from a free account to a paid subscription model. Stripe was chosen as a flexible payment provider and seamlessly integrated to handle subscription payments.
Different Audiences
The app has been designed to cater to the unique needs and workflows of different audiences: both professional carers and families.
