Online Donation Payment Gateway
The Australian Fellowship of Evangelical Students (AFES) place staff on the various university campuses around Australia to help and encourage students in their Christian growth. As with all not-for-profit organisations, they have an obligation to those that support them, to ensure their resources are used in the most productive way possible.
They approached us to help turn an outdated donation system that was requiring days of manual processing, into one that made the process simple, secure and fast for both supporters and the organisation.
What We Built
A fully integration donation portal that accepts credit card payments and assigns them to the selected staff member or organisation automatically.
Increased Efficiency
Supporter details are automatically fed through to FileMaker from the web, previously donations were manually entered, this was close to a full-time job.
Automation
In addition, the creation of records for payments, receipts and ongoing monthly donation schedules is now fully automated. Stripping away administrative overhead wherever possible is critical to scalability.
Self Management
Supporters now have a vastly superior experience when donating and have the ability to self manage their donations.
